The Synton real-time media engine processes ephemeral WebRTC audio and video packets in volatile memory solely for selective forwarding to authorized room participants. Media payload data is never written to non-volatile storage or inspected.

2. Technical Data & Access Logs

Synton collects minimal network telemetry (source IP addresses, connection duration, and packet round-trip timing) solely to ensure BGP routing stability, mitigate denial-of-service traffic, and enforce tenant rate limits.

3. Regulatory Compliance (GDPR & CCPA-CPRA)
